Certain venues have strict policies on decorations, and understanding these rules can help avoid fines or complications. Some hotels and villas, for example, do not permit floating balloons.

Please confirm with your venue whether outside decorations are allowed.
Provide us with the designated loading and dismantling times in advance.
The client or venue's point of contact must provide a loading permit if required by the venue.

Q5.Can Weather Affect the Décor or Event?

Yes, weather conditions can impact decorations, especially for outdoor events.

Pool Décor: It is best to set up between 8–9 AM or 4–6 PM to avoid extreme heat. Avoid setup between 11 AM – 3 PM during Bali’s dry season, as high temperatures may cause balloons to pop.
Balloon Backdrops: We recommend placing them in a shaded area or setting them up two hours before the event to minimize the risk of heat-related damage.
Rain Conditions: Floating balloons will gradually deflate in the rain, and balloon backdrops may pop when exposed to rain followed by heat. For events during the rainy season, we suggest choosing an indoor venue to avoid these issues.

Q6. How Long Do Balloon Backdrops Last?

Indoor installations: Typically last 24 hours.
Outdoor installations: Exposure to direct sunlight increases the risk of popping, depending on the temperature.

Q7. What Type of Gas Do You Use for Floating Balloons?

We offer two types of gas:

Hydrogen Balloons (Carbide Gas)
- Highly flammable when exposed to fire sources (matches, candles, cigarettes).
- Indoor, air-conditioned spaces: 6–8 hours float time.
- Outdoor, exposed to sunlight: 5–6 hours float time.
Helium Balloons (Noble Gas)
- Will only pop when exposed to fire.
- Minimum order: 30 pieces.
- Price varies based on float duration (4, 6, or 10 hours).

Q8. How can I negotiate the best price when buying a property?

Understand that negotiation is a give-and-take process. Be willing to walk away from a deal if the terms are not favorable or if the seller is not willing to negotiate in good faith. This demonstrates to the seller that you're serious and can sometimes prompt them to reconsider their position.

Q9. What Are the Terms & Conditions for Room Décor?

Our room décor package includes hydrogen balloons. Please exercise caution, as hydrogen is flammable.
We recommend choosing the gas type based on the occasion. For general room décor with no fire hazards nearby (e.g., no candles or pyrotechnics), hydrogen balloons are a suitable option.

Q10. When Will We Receive the Preview Design & Are Revisions Allowed?

The preview design is created after payment is received.
You may request up to three revisions. Additional revisions will incur a charge of IDR 200,000 nett per revision.

Can We Modify the Sweet Seventeen Package?

You may remove one item/vendor from the package, and we will update the quotation accordingly. Removing more than two items will result in the package being considered a custom booking.
